I inherited a 1995 Honda Prelude Si w/automatic transmission and don't know very much about it. I might want to put a new motor in it (Vtec) but it sounds like it could get complicated. Apparently, the auto transmission was not available with the Vtec in this model year; at least not in the U.S. market (USDM), but maybe in Japan (JDM)? So, is it possible to go to Vtec and keep the auto transmission that I have?
