is a timing belt the same as a cam belt?

 I purchased my first prelude (1993) just 12 days ago and have been trawling through the paperwork to see what might need fixing :)   she had a timing belt fitted last year and i've been advised that the cam belt is the thing to look out for.    are these the same?
